Eze is a REALTOR® with nearly two decades of experience as both an investor and an agent, serving clients throughout Prince George’s County and the greater DC–Maryland–Virginia area. He combines local knowledge, strong negotiation skills, and a people-first mindset to help clients move with clarity and confidence, whether they’re buying, selling, or building a rental portfolio.

From Medicine to Real Estate: Eze’s Story

Before becoming a full-time real estate professional, Eze worked long hours in the medical field, often managing multiple shifts in different facilities while quietly building his own real estate portfolio in the background.

A turning-point moment came when he helped a friend connect with an agent to purchase a high-value home. That experience opened his eyes to how the industry works—and how much better clients could be served with the right guidance and integrity. Instead of walking away frustrated, he decided to become the kind of agent he wished his friend had: knowledgeable, ethical, and relentlessly focused on the client’s best interest.

Born in the United States and raised in Nigeria before returning to attend Howard University, Eze knows what it feels like to start over in a new place and build a foundation from scratch. Today, he uses that experience to help families, new arrivals, and long-time residents navigate one of the biggest financial and emotional decisions of their lives—buying or selling a home.
